WAYNE SPRING WRESTLING TOURNAMENT

Pee Wee wrestles morning, Intermediate and HS wrestles in the afternoon

ELIGIBILITY: The tournament is open to wrestlers 5 years old through 12th grade. Age is as of date of the tournament, proof is required.

DIVISIONS: Pee Wee - 5 & 6; 7 & 8; 9 & 10 years old. Intermediate - 11 & 12; 13 & 14 years. No JV or Varsity experience in the Intermediate Division (JV, V must wrestle HS). High School - 9th - 12th grades and any 11 to 14 year olds with JV or V experience.

FORMAT: 8 Man Tough Guy Brackets, high school rules - Pee Wee will be 1 minute periods. The Intermediate will be 1½ minute periods. The High School matches will be 2:00 minute periods.

AWARDS: 1st through 3rd

ENTRY FEE : $15.00, Each wrestler will receive at least two matches. Spectators are free.

WEIGH-INS/REGISTRATION: Wayne Middle School: Friday March 21 8:00 pm - 9:00 pm All age groups; Saturday March 22 7:00 - 8:30 am All age groups; March 22 11:00 am - 12:00 pm Intermediate and HS only.

UNIFORMS: All wrestlers must wear an approved wrestling uniform or gym shorts and T shirts. Headgear recommended. No lockers will be available.
